Elevator maintenance services Sansia Oy tenders the service, maintenance and repair services of elevators and other lifting, stair and door equipment as joint procurement for its owner-customers. The procurement concerns devices owned and managed by the Subscribers, which have been identified Tender form in the appendix of the request for tenders, per subscriber and device. The object of the procurement includes all elevator and other equipment listed in the Tender Form, as well as related services, regardless of equipment type, purpose of use, technical implementation method or location. The offer form serves as a binding identification of the procurement object and pricing. The service includes basic equipment maintenance, breakdown service, repair work, 24/7 emergency service, device-specific monitoring and maintenance and fault reporting. The offeror is responsible for ensuring that the offer includes all the devices listed in the offer form and the related services. The equipment and quantity data presented in the request for tender and its attachments are estimates. Device quantities may increase or decrease during the contract period in accordance with the contract terms. In procurement, one (1) service provider (supplier) is selected. The estimated start time of the procurement in the announcement is indicative.
