The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic announces a request for offers for the elevator maintenance project in the building of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of the special legal, financial and technical conditions books. Anyone who wishes to participate must submit his sealed offer to the office of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.
Temporary insurance (30, 000) S.P. Thirty thousand new Syrian pounds only, provided by a certified check by order of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic or A bank guarantee valid for 90 days
Final insurance is 10% ten percent of the total value of the contract
Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 10/7/2026
The bidder remains bound to his offer for 60 calendar days starting from the day following the deadline for submitting bids
The duration of implementation of the pledge is one calendar year
