Tender Details

The purpose of this procedure is for the Tenderer to enter into a fixed-term business contract in three public procurement parts for the flat-rate maintenance and ad hoc repair of lift equipment operating in the BME area and operated by the Tenderer in the technical description and the draft Contractin accordance with the terms of the contract in 3 public procurement parts. The defined budgets in the individual public procurement parts include the monthly maintenance fee for the term, as well as the costs of error correction that may become necessary during the term. Since it is a Bidder, it is a case-by-case error correctionmany quantities and their material costs cannot be determined in advance, that is why a framework amount has been determined in each public procurement section, and within it the quantity burdened with a call-off obligation (which covers the monthly maintenance fees) and an optional quantity (which is preciselyit covers non-specified case calls and material costs).
