The University of Calgary operates over 150 elevating devices in the facilities we maintain. The maintenance, service, repair and response to demand break/fix issues that arise in operation of these devices is critical to the safety and convenience of our community. The purpose of this RFP is to select a proponent that will complete the work specified, function as a member of our facilities management team, and work to help ensure the safety and reliability of the University of Calgary elevating devices. The scope of work is detailed and requires regular reporting and communication with the Facilities management team. We are looking for proponents that show a strong track record of being able to function as part of a team in a professional, dynamic environment and meet the key deliverables requested in the scope of work.
