Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the realization of a new elementary school building, including a connected gymnasium, in the area of ​​the former T.G.M. barracks. in Pardubice. The elementary school building will contain 18 classes for 540 pupils. The realized building achieves passive energy standard. Construction specifications: Construction of the school campus consisting of the following main parts: •School: a three-storey building with a capacity of 540 pupils, the total volume of the building is 37, 914 m³, the supporting structure is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete; •Gym: separate building with a volume of 21, 307 m³, construction assembled from concrete parts. 2 gymnasiums; •Membrane construction before the entrance; •Fencing of the area including the entrance gate, minor architecture; • Gazebo in the area. There are a total of 3 floors of the main building divided into: • regular classrooms for grades 1-9 years, • specialist classrooms (language, ICT, art education, physics, chemistry, ENVI, robotics), • school workshops and a ceramic workshop, • school club, school canteen, groups and fully equipped kitchen facilities, •background for the teaching staff and school management, including the assembly hall, secretariat, offices, library and archives, • school canteen with catering (kitchen) including its own facilities.
