The subject of the full public contract is the replacement of the original exterior windows with new plastic windows in the Z Studenka buildings. The windows are outdated, old, knocked out and in very poor technical condition. The windows do not seal, cause heat loss from the outside and do not meet the current requirements for safety or the comfort of cycling. The implementation of the replacement of windows will result in the installation of modern plastic windows with significantly better thermal insulation properties. New windows ensure a stable interior environment, reduce noise from the surroundings and reduce noise levels. Window cleaning will lead to dreams operating costs of the building, especially heating costs, and at the same time to improve the overall technical condition of the bicycle facility.
