Elementary school in Brno-jih Municipality, Bednářova, extension - project documentation The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation (or project documentation) for the extension of the Bednářova Elementary School in the Brno - South district, in accordance with the investment by the plan, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Contract, which is part of the tender documentation, to such a degree and quality as to enable the proper preparation of the construction in accordance with the relevant legal regulations (the requirements for the individual stages of the project documentation are specified in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation). The extension of the elementary school will include 6 basic classrooms, 3 specialist classrooms, offices for the teaching staff and 3 classrooms of the school group with an increase of 82 pupils. A school kitchen will be built and the premises will be expanded school canteens with increased capacity to 450 boarders. Sanitary facilities and changing rooms will be built. The extension will enable a total increase in the school's capacity by min. by 150 pupils. There will also be new roadways, sidewalks and a parking area for school staff and service. A related investment will be the reconstruction of the bridge crossing to the new parking lot.
