The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the full implementation and operational integration of the established standards of electronic healthcare into the existing hospital information system IKIS from the supplier Medical Systems, a.s. so that the system interoperable with national health registers and central services according to the standards defined in the annexes: Temporary storage of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic • Connection of the hospital information system to the Temporary Repository of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic according to the technical specification "EZ_Description_API_DÚ". EHR standards • Implementation of the Patient Summary at the L1 level according to the technical specification in the appendix "Standard EHR_Pacientský summary - methodological instruction for L1_v16". • Implementation of the Report from the display complement at the L1 level according to the technical specifications in the appendix "Standard EHR_Image examination report - methodological instruction for L1_v16". • Implementation of discharge reports from the skills listed below at L1 level according to the technical specification in the appendix "Standard EHR_Discharge report - methodological instruction for L1_v16': - Pediatrics - Gynecology and obstetrics - Internal medicine - Surgery • Receipt of the Exit Record from another health service provider obtained from the Temporary Repository of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
