The army contracting command, redstone arsenal, al is issuing a request for proposals (rfp) for electronic security systems (ess) maintenance for the intrusion detection system (ids) and video surveillance system for the headquarters, army materiel command (hq amc). The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair government-owned security systems equipment located in buildings 4400, 4401, and 4402 on redstone arsenal, al.
This solicitation will be set-aside for small business; all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. Naics 561621 (size standard: $20.5m) applies to this procurement. Offers will be due on 26 january 2018. All questions regarding this rfp should be submitted via email no later than 19 january 2018. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the system for award management (sam) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract.
