The subject of the contract is the implementation of a platform, which will be used by the Foreign Ministry to support misinformation. The platform will gather content from social media, internet and project systems worldwide digital platform Global Media Center (GMC) and will provide tools to support the detection of misinformation.
Overall, the platform will support the following:
• Aggregation data including electronic media (web, blogs) and social media (Social Media), and their thematic categorization. The main source of data will be GMC projects and direct data recovery refers to data that cannot be derived from these systems.
• Categorizing the content collected Based on the topic and keywords in a digital repository and searching for multiple criteria.
• Save content and content that has already been examined within the platform and easy to find with a combination of multiple criteria (filters).
• Supporting the cooperation of different users and different services of the Ministry through a single cooperative platform with the ability to exchange messages and commentary on the content.
