The Ordering Party invites you to participate in the tender procedure for: Electronic payment services, pursuant to § 7 section 2 points 1) regulations R-PZP-02 Granting by the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company in the capital city of Warsaw Warszawie S.A. public procurement not subject to mandatory application Public Procurement Law - edition 01 (published on the website www.mpwik.com.pl). The conditions for participating in the procedure and submitting offers are specified in the SPECIFICATION OF ORDER CONDITIONS (SWZ) located in the attachments tab. NOTE! 1. When submitting an offer in the purchasing platform, please provide the value total price for the service (sum of prices from items 1-3, excluding VAT), in accordance with the completed price form constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.2. The completed price form should be posted on the purchasing platform.3. The price form must be signed by an authorized person or an authorized representative Contractors.4.Do not submit your own offers as attachments. Please also do not attach additional documents to the offer that are not required in the SWZ. Attaching documents to the offer whose content is inconsistent with the content of the SWZ may result in rejection of the offer.
