Tannhelsetenesta in Vestland county shall enter into a new contract for a patient journal system. As above, we have 55 dental clinics, approx. 390, 000 registered patients for a quarter of time and approx. 650 additions. The dental health services provide a supply to all patients in the prioritised groups and to many who are not in the prioritised groups according to the Dental Health Service Act. The dental health centre has expanded its area of responsibility in recent years to also apply to age cohorts from 19 to 26 years. The journal system must support all legal requirements for the journal system, it must support all needs that are based on the requirements for the journal system. This applies primarily to requirements for health journals, reporting and documentation, secure lift, storage of data and naudsynthese integrations. The journal system must be built up and structured in such a way that it is intuitive and easy to use, at the same time as it has complexity enough to meet the needs of the journal system. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer for the assignment.
