Electronic key system Horsens Municipality is preparing an upcoming tender for an electronic key system and emergency call for elderly care and as part of this wishes to conduct a market dialogue with relevant suppliers. The market dialogue is targeted at suppliers of electronic key systems as well as suppliers who can supply both electronic key systems and emergency call solutions. Background: Horsens Municipality uses digital solutions that support the tasks of home care and care centers and contribute to security, safety and efficient work processes for both citizens and employees. The municipality currently uses an electronic key system that gives employees and business partners secure digital access to citizens' homes in connection with the delivery of care and care services. The solution replaces physical keys and includes, among other things, electronic locking devices, an administration system, access devices as well as associated operation and support. The solution must support secure, efficient and flexible access to citizens' homes and be simple to manage and use in day-to-day operations. The municipality also uses emergency call solutions at care centres, in other 24-hour services and - to the extent relevant - with citizens who need safety-creating technology.
