This is a request for information, not a procurement notice. The customer's purpose is to find out solutions for the management of electronic forms, with the help of which electronic business processes are harmonized and streamlined. The solution must include tools for electronic forms drafting, editing and management. It must be possible to add different types of fields, selection lists, tables and attachments to the forms. Obligations can be defined for the sections of the forms. Difference forms can be used to prepare different workflows and theirs awakenings. Keusote must be able to maintain and modify the forms and their contents themselves. The form solution must be easily integrated with systems related to electronic transactions (Keusote's WWW pages / Intranet and OmaKeusote), to the case management system, the electronic archive and the customer/patient information system. Keusote will organize a general presentation event related to the market mapping of the recruitment system on Mon 15 June 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00 using Google Meet. The request for information does not oblige the Central Uusimaa welfare region to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or its appendices, and the tender can also be omitted.
