The Päijät-Häme welfare area (customer) is purchasing an electronic form system (software service) for the administrative forms of employees and municipal residents of the welfare area. The users of the software service are the subscriber's employees and Residents of the Päijät-Häme welfare area. The software service refers to a SaaS service with monthly charges, with which the subscriber can independently implement electronic forms for production. The software service must be able to integrate with those specified by the subscriber systems / services. The software service must enable the use of different authentication methods. The processing of forms requires its own workflows and queues, as well as the related handler and approval roles. The acquired software service has intended to replace the system currently in use by the subscriber, whose use ends on 30 June 2026. The start of production use of the acquired software service is 13 June 2026 at the latest. The aim of the procurement is that the electronic the forms (4 pcs) are in use in the acquired system by 30 June 2026. Around 12, 000 electronic forms have been filled in during the year 2025. For every electronic form in use, there is a strong one in use identification. The customer's goal is to increase the number of forms in use during the contract period.
