Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation M-24-A31-R-000147 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 by the United States Marshal Service (USMS), Office of Procurement (OOP), Operational Support Section (OSS).
(iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this request are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-03 effective 23 February 2024. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same effect as if they were in full-text format. The full text of the FAR can be reviewed at https://www.acquisition.gov.
(iv) This procurement is action is advertised as full and open. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561611 (Investigation and Personal Background Check Services).
(v) Offerors shall provide quotes on their company letter head. All quotes must include the offeror-s Business Name and Address, CAGE Code, UEI Number, Tax ID Number, POC Name and email address, Quote Number and Solicitation Number. Quotes shall follow the following Contract Line-Item Structure:
