Electronic file service including service support The subject of the public contract is the delivery and implementation of a certified electronic file service system (hereinafter referred to as the "work") and the provision of service support for the electronic file service to the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "service support"), training (hereinafter referred to as "training services") and development of an electronic file service (hereinafter referred to as "development services") for an indefinite period (with the possibility of termination after a certain period of time) and services required upon termination of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "exit services"; service support, training services, development services and exit services hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services").
