The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of a certified electronic file service system (hereinafter referred to as the "work") and to provide/provide the customer with service support for the electronic file service (hereinafter referred to as "service support"), training (hereinafter referred to as "training services") and the development of an electronic file service (hereinafter referred to as "development services") for an indefinite period (with the possibility of termination after a certain period) and services required upon termination of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "exit services"; service support, training services, development services and exit services hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”).
