The Kanta-Häme welfare area (Oma Häme) is launching a tender for the procurement of an electronic driving log service. The purpose of the service is to enhance the monitoring, reporting and management of the use of vehicles by employees in the area. There must be a solution information secure, easy to use and meets the taxman's requirements. There are currently around 165 vehicles in the social security sector in the welfare area. The goal of the service is to automate the maintenance of the driving logbook and improve the accuracy of the information. Service automatically records trip history, starting and ending points, times, trip length. The solution must support vehicle-specific and user-specific reporting and offer real-time monitoring and History data if necessary. Must be in service different user group levels, such as vehicle user, supervisor and administration.
