1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 49, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Electronic Document Management System - Document Tracking System Phase 1 - Document Management System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Electronic Document Management System - Document Tracking System Phase 1 - Document Management System. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
