Subject of purchase: ATTENTION! In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Accession of Ukraine to the Minamata Convention on Mercury" - the use of mercury thermometers in health care institutions is prohibited. 1. During the delivery of the goods, the Participant must provide a declaration of compliance with the Technical Regulations onmedical devices, which was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 753 of October 2, 2013 with annexes and compliance with DSTU/GOST or other standards. 2. The thermometers must be delivered to the Customer in accordance with the terms of the contract. 3. The delivery of the goods to the Customer's address is carried out at the expense of Uchasnyk. 4. Terms of payment - in accordance with the terms of the contract. 5. The goods will be delivered once until March 31, 2024. Note: Procurement is carried out in accordance with the Features defined by the Resolution of the CMU No. 1178 dated 12.10.2022, as amended (Electronic catalog)
