Defense Logistics Agency (DCSO-F) intends to purchase 7, 140 metric tons (MT) of
Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) flakes with a minimum manganese
(Mn) content of 99.00% by mass. The contractor shall deliver no more than 300 MT
per month and no more than 60 MT each day to the Government until the contractor delivers a total of 7, 140 MT of EMM. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance for a base period of 18 months with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS code for this action is 331110. Questions or clarifications in response to the solicitation must be submitted NLT June 7, 2023, at 12:00 PM EST. Questions received after June 7, 2023; will be considered invalid and will not receive a proper response. The offeror shall take care to ensure that mathematical calculations are correct. The price proposal shall be submitted using Attachment C: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure.
