This consultation is carried out in compliance with the provisions of articles R. 2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code according to the open call for tenders procedure in application of Articles L2124-2 & R2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. There This consultation concerns a framework agreement with multi-awardee purchase orders whose maximum value excluding tax over the total duration, possible renewals included, amounts to 50, 000, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. The Department of Sarthe, in the interest of promotion of employment and the fight against exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of articles L2112-2, L2152-7 and R2152-7 of the Public Order Code into a mandatory clause for integration and promotion of employment. This clause is applicable to holders of the framework agreement. Each holder must carry out an integration action which allows access or return to employment for people experiencing particular social or professional difficulties.
