Saint-Etienne Métropole recently chose to equip the M4 and M6 lines with the STAS network, in continuity with the choice made during the previous mandate, which successfully re-equipped (performance and operating robustness) the M3 and M7 lines. The equipment in trolleybus lines M6 (then M6+ which extends the current M6 line to the Cité du Design) and M4 thus constitutes a second phase of deployment of this clean technology, by pooling certain substations, two-wire lines on certain sections, and rolling stock. This operation consists of the electrification of the M4 line. Each lot will be awarded separately. The consultation is broken down into three lots
