1) The Municipal Government of Dumaran, Palawan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php. 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Electrification Project at So. Pantalan, Bgy. Magsaysay, Dumaran, Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
