The Local Government Unit of the Island Garden City of Samal (LGU-IGaCoS), through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six Pesos and Forty Seven Centavos (PHP343, 676.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Electrification, Energy Power Structure @ Freedom Park, PeA+/-aplata/Cons. Of 12 hec. Perimeter Fence Re-program/Development of Kaputian Beach Park (Elev. Water Tank) under PR No. 2016-04-0935. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
