Electricity2 4.1. The subject of the order is: Supply of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ, which is an annex to the SWZ. 4.3.Names and order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 09300000-2 - Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 Electricity. 4.4. The contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of this ToR and provisions submitted offer and documentation, in particular: 1) Supply of electricity to the Employer's facilities listed in the OPZ, in accordance with the conditions specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 2) Providing the ordering party with access to information about the data measurement and settlement of electricity consumed by the Ordering Party at individual consumption points. 3) Trade balancing in the field of electricity sales. 4) Notification to the Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the contract concluded with Purchasers of electricity sales agreements within a period that guarantees the start of energy sales by the Contractor within the time specified in the SWZ, including carrying out the process of effectively changing the electricity supplier with the appropriate System Operator Distribution (hereinafter DSO) based on the power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party. 5) The subject of the order does not include the provision of electricity distribution services. 4.5.
