Mykolaiv Alumina Plant Limited Liability Company (hereinafter - MGZ LLC) is a large enterprise of the metallurgical industry in Ukraine. Currently, MGZ LLC is starting the selection of an electricity supplier for the II half of 2026 (further - Selection). The actual average monthly volume of electric energy consumption of MGZ LLC in 2026 ranges from 380 (in April) to 540 MWh. (in March). And the planned volume of consumption in the II half of the year is from 450 to 620 MWh. MGZ LLC also has facilities with consumption of 2nd class electricity, which is 1.2 - 2.5 MWh/month. Please consider the possibility of supplying electricity to MGZ LLC from July 1 to December 31, 2026. If you agree to participate in the selection, please submit your commercial proposal with a definition the following conditions: 1) Tariff amounts, taking into account the costs of the supplier to cover mandatory fees, but without taking into account the cost of transmission and distribution of electricity, established by the NCRECP; 2) The percentage of electricity consumption imbalance at which the change the tariff will not be applied to the consumer (tolerance); 3) Terms of payment (preferably payment in installments). You can offer any other option for pricing electricity, taking into account the costs of the supplier to cover the mandatory fees, but without taking into account the cost of transmission and distribution of electric power established by the NCRECP.
