Tender Details

Electricity supply for a period of two years The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity for a period of two years, based on the stated needs of the customer, in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in tender documentation. The delivered electricity must contain a minimum of 50% of electricity from renewable sources. In order to stimulate the production of energy from renewable sources, and to make it more competitive with energy obtained from conventional sources and encouraging the construction of new sources of renewable energy and the achievement of sustainable development, the client determined that electricity must contain the above-mentioned minimum percentage of electricity from renewable sources. Renewable energy sources are renewable non-fossil energy sources, i.e. wind energy, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal energy, energy from the environment, tidal energy and other ocean energy, hydropower, biomass, gas obtained from waste, gas obtained from wastewater treatment plants and biogas (in accordance with Article 3 of the Electricity Market Act ("Official Gazette", no. 111/21, 83/23, 17/25).
