Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to premises and facilities in the Witnica Commune, within the scope of energy collection points indicated in Annex No. 4 to SWZ.2. Additional information: 1) Estimated demand for electricity during the period implementation of the contract is 380 MWh of the Energy Intake Point (PPE), tariffs and addresses are given in Annex 4 to SWZ.2) The Ordering Party informs that the energy consumption forecast indicated above is only an approximate amount of consumption that may change during the term of the contract change compared to forecasts. Actual energy consumption will depend on actual needs, however, regardless of the amount of consumption, the Contractor/Seller is obliged in each case to apply the energy prices offered in the tender. The contractor cannot claims no financial claims (compensation) from the Ordering Party in the event of purchasing a smaller amount of electricity than the forecast amount in the subject of the order (reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed, changing the tariff group, changing the power ordered or technical parameters of the PPE Energy Intake Point, actual energy consumption). 3) The minimum amount of energy as the Ordering Party requires...
