Electricity supply (DZP.25/66/2026)
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Ordering Parties purchasing group with the following forecast (planned) active electricity consumption of 34, 154, 167 kWh, including:
1.1. University Medical in Lublin 8, 679, 955 kWh
University Children's Hospital in Lublin 6, 171, 158 kWh
University Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Lublin 11, 391, 610 kWh
University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin 7, 911, 444 kWh
2. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Annex No. 1 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract (also called OPZ), which consists of 4 spreadsheets, including:
2.1. sheet no. 1 concerns the description of the subject of the contract for the Municipal Office
2.2. sheet no. 2 concerns the description of the subject of the order for USK1
2.3. sheet no. 3 concerns the description of the subject of the order for USK4
2.4.sheet No. 4 concerns the description of the subject of the contract for USzD
3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence along with the offer.
4. The Contractor is obliged to attach to his offer a declaration of not being subject to exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation, valid as of the date of submission of offers. in the procedure in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ
