Electricity supply The subject of the procurement is the supply of electricity for a period of 12 months, based on the expressed needs of the Client, in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in the procurement documentation. Case procurement of this procurement procedure is the supply of electricity for a period of 12 months, based on the expressed needs of the Client, in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in the procurement documentation. Supplied electric energy must contain a minimum of 50% electricity from renewable sources. The offeror encloses with the offer a statement that in the event that his offer is selected, after the execution of the contract, he will deliver to the ordering party a certificate from the Register of Guarantees of Origin of electricity in the Croatian domain (managed by the Croatian operator of the energy market doo- HROTA), from which it is clear that the electricity delivered to the City of Novska has a share of energy obtained from renewable sources in the amount (share) specified in the offer . The chosen bidder (Supplier) is obliged to hand over the certificate in question to the Client in accordance with the Methodology for determining the origin of electricity.
