Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is: Supply of electricity for ZOZ in Oawa, ul. Baczyskiego 1, for the Health Care Complex in Oawa, ul. Baczyskiego 1, 55-200 Oawa; consisting in the sale and delivery of active electricity to 2 consumption points located in the Ordering Party's facilities.2. The order covers 1 task: The selected Contractor will be obliged to carry out all activities related to changing the electricity supplier. The contractor is responsible for ensuring continuity electricity supply.3. The size of the order, its characteristics and technical and operational parameters are specified in this Terms of Reference and in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 9 to the specifications of the terms of the order (SWZ). 4. The quantity of the order is included in Annex No. 9 indicative. The Ordering Party will gradually consume electricity as needed.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire subject of the order without the Contractor being entitled to claim in this respect, provided that the Ordering Party will use no less than 60% of the quantity.
