3.1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity (including the sale of energy and the provision of distribution services) to 79 consumption points (PPE) in the period from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027, with a total estimated volume of 310, 603 kWh. Points details consumption, tariffs and electricity consumption in individual points are described in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order. The above-mentioned projected electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the actual amount of energy consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties, apart from the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed and the distribution services in accordance with applicable Operator Tariffs. The scope of the subject of the order may be increased in the event of the addition of new energy consumption points.
