Electricity supply Electricity supply The subject of this public procurement procedure is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Client, The delivered electricity must contain a minimum of 50% of electricity from renewable sources. It works stimulating the production of energy from renewable sources in order to make it more competitive with energy obtained from conventional sources and encouraging the construction of new sources of renewable energy and achieving sustainable development, the Client determined that the electric energy must contain the above-mentioned minimum percentage of electricity from renewable sources. Renewable energy sources are energy from renewable non-fossil sources, for example wind energy, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal energy, energy from the environment, tidal energy and other ocean energy, hydropower, biomass, gas obtained from waste, gas obtained from waste water treatment devices and biogas (Article 3 of the Electricity Market Act, Official Gazette, 111/21, 83/23, 17/25). As a confirmation of the fulfillment of the requirements on the origin of electricity, the selected tenderer (Supplier) is obliged to submit to the Client a valid certificate from the Register of guarantees of the origin of electricity, after the electricity has been delivered, issued by an independent body for issuing a guarantee of the origin of electricity, which confirms that at least 50% of the delivered electricity (that is, the amount - the percentage share of electricity...
