Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to 2 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 178, 985 kW over a period of 24 months2. The scope of work included in the subject of the order includes in particular: a) Sale of active electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 1, 1997, Energy Law. b) The sale of active electricity will take place via the distribution network, regardless of the Distribution System Operator: PGE Dystrybucja S.A., with which the Ordering Party has concluded a contract for electricity distribution services. c) The Contractor is obliged to have a current license for electricity trade issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. d) The contractor is obliged to have agreement with the OSD PGE Dystrybucja S.A., enabling the sale of electricity to the Ordering Party's PPE via the network of the OSD indicated above.e) Order completion date: 24 months from the date of signing the agreement.
