The subject of this public procurement procedure is electricity in accordance with the electric energy costs according to the accounting measuring sites (hereinafter: the cost) and other requested conditions indicated in the procurement documentation.
Delivered electricity must contain a minimum of 50% electrical energy from renewable sources. In order to stimulate energy production from renewable sources to become more competitive energy obtained from conventional sources and encouraging new sources of renewable energy and achieving sustainable development, the client has determined that electricity must contain the above minimum percentage of electricity from renewable sources.
Bidders offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the general conditions for the use of the network and the electricity supply, complying with all the valid laws on the electricity market and other regulations that which regulate the electricity market.
