The subject of the order is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "Energy Law", to judicial units, general organizational units of the prosecutor's office, correctional facilities, shelters for minors, district educational centers, the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution and the Purchasing Center for the Judiciary, the Institution of Budgetary Management. 2. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers for one, several or all parts of the order. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts: Part 1 - supply of electricity for units from the Wrocław, Krakow and Katowice appellations. Part 2 - energy supply electricity for units from the Warsaw and Lublin appellations. Part 3 - supply of electricity for units from the Poznań and Szczecin areas. Part 4 - supply of electricity for units from the Białystok appellation area, Rzeszów. Part 5 - supply of electricity for units from the Gdańsk and Łódź appellations.
