The subject of this order is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after conducting a procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and of a balancing coordinator a group of objects provided for the management of the Rakitovo Regional State Enterprise, a territorial division of the South Central State Enterprise in the city of Smolyan, as well as the implementation of all activities, according to the requirements of the contracting authority, described in detail in the Technical Specification.
