The subject of the order is the supply of electricity by the Contractor to the Employer's electricity consumption points (hereinafter referred to as PPE) indicated in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ
The Ordering Party informs that in the subject matter proceedings conducted in the form of an open tender provide for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was rated the highest in terms of no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
