The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of net active electricity for the sites of the DPD for 2026/2027:
electricity reporting by settlement periods described in Annex 1 to the public procurement documentation;
standardized Load profile and payment of access and transfer services through the electricity and electricity distribution network and liability for balancing (according to Article 20, paragraph 2, item 2, with para 1 of the rules for trade in electricity) for the objects with installed electrical meters Energy without settlement periods described in Annex 2 to the public procurement documentation.
Delivery during the 12-month contract period is 15 480 MWh and is allocated as follows:
Active electricity for the sites described in Annex 1 to the public procurement documentation;
Electricity for the sites described in Annex 2 to the public procurement documentation.
