Agencies in Horbourg-Wihr, Val d-Argent and Guebwiller Lutterbach and Huningue agencies The purpose of this contract is to maintain the electrical installations of housing and buildings belonging to Habitats de Haute-Alsace in good working order, by carrying out preventive, corrective and replacement interventions for defective or obsolete equipment. The services include in particular interventions relating to the electrical installations of housing and common areas, lighting equipment, electrical panels, electric heating devices, access control equipment, intercom equipment, ventilation installations as well as various electrical equipment. The services are likely to be carried out in buildings that may contain materials or products containing asbestos or lead. Candidates must have the qualifications, training and means necessary to intervene in compliance with the regulations applicable to these risks. The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum value. Services are carried out as needed, by issuing purchase orders. The framework agreement is broken down into two lots geographical corresponding to the territorial sectorization implemented by Habitats de Haute-Alsace for the management of its heritage.
