HIGH RESISTANCE TO FLEXING AND CONTINUOUS USE. COMPATIBLE WITH VITAL SIGNS MONITOR. BRAND: MINDRAY, MODEL: BENEVISION N22. - ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, are will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract.
