According to the subject of the procurement, the bidder is required to perform, Maintenance of wells in suburban settlements of the Municipality of Prilep up to 40 km. which includes 1. Detection of electrical line failure and deflection of the same 2. Detection of signal failure installation and diversion of the same 3. Detection of failure of submersible pumps and diversion of the same The contract for public procurement will be for a duration of one year or until its valuable use but not longer than 365 days. The contracting authority will conclude a contract in the amount of the estimated value in accordance with the Decision on Public Procurement if the prices are market unless he decides otherwise, i.e. he does not make a decision on annulment if the conditions according to Article 114 of the Public Procurement Law are met. The contracting authority are disclaims liability and responsibility in case of incomplete fulfillment of the purchase in accordance with the contract concluded with the selected bidder.
