Bellingen Shire Council (Council) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to provide electrical works within the Bellingen Shire Council Local Government Area. The scope of the tender is to provide a panel of pre-approved contractors for a range of electrical works. The panel contract will be for a period of three (3) years The Works shall include, but not be limited to, supply all, labour, supervision, management, tools, equipment, plant, transport, accommodation, supplies, consumables and materials required to complete the Works in accordance with Councils direction. Works shall be divided into two categories. 1. Maintenance Works• Maintenance covers works and services up to and including $50, 000 inclusive of GST. • Works shall be undertaken in accordance with approved schedule of rates and contractor material margins.• Council may select any contractor from the approved panel of contractors • Any goods used and claimed for by the Contractor are to be claimed on an open book basis with evidence provided of the use of such goods. • Council does not offer any guarantee regarding the amount or value of work issued under the Contract2.
