Civida is seeking up to three (3) qualified electrical contractors to provide electrical maintenance services at various Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area as further described in this RFP. The electrical work comprises of both on-demand work and planned projects. All requests for on-demand electrical work will be initiated through work orders or purchase orders issued by Civida-s property management teams and will include specifics about the site address, unit, and work to be completed. The services required under this RFP have been separated into three (3) Service Areas as follows: • Service Area 1: Property Districts A, B, comprising of approximately 1, 149 residential units • Service Area 2: Property Districts C, D, E, comprising of approximately 2, 152 residential units • Service Area 3: Property Districts F, G, H, comprising of approximately 2, 069 residential units
