Electrical services - Sterkstrøm The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that Halden municipality has access to qualified suppliers of high-voltage services for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the municipality's electrical facilities. The agreement must contribute to safe, efficient and regulatory handling of high-current installations in the municipality's buildings and technical facilities. Halden municipality intends to enter into contracts with up to three suppliers. The call-off mechanisms for this contract are described in chapter. 2. - 2.3. in this the document. The suppliers will be ranked in order 1, 2 and 3. The prices in the supplier's completed price form only apply to calls under NOK 75, 000. For mini-competitions, suppliers are free to offer other prices.
