Currently electrical safety servicing is required to be carried out by a competent organisation to our domestic and communal buildings and are included within this contract. This specification details the requirement for 5 yearly periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations in communal areas and domestic dwellings and properties. Void properties and properties where a mutual exchange is taking place will require a full inspection and test before any new occupancy that adheres to current legislative requirements.
