In order to improve the safety of agents and users, the Val-de-Marne Departmental Council is continuing its policy of preventing professional risks, while respecting regulatory obligations. Prevention of occupational risks and the application of current standards constitutes one of the strategic axes of its three-year training plan. Every year, the Human Resources Department organizes training sessions dedicated to electrical safety, for agents non-electricians as well as electricians working in low and high voltage. All departments of the Department are concerned by training intended for non-electricians. On the other hand, those with a technical vocation or comprising services maintenance workers responsible for technical missions are concerned by training for electricians working in low voltage. This training is also aimed at electromechanics working on low and high voltage electrical installations. (electrical panels, TGBT, lifting pump, valves, etc.) in electromechanical stations. The Departmental Council is looking, through this competition, for the service provider capable of: - Designing educational systems in accordance with the objectives and contents defined in this specific clauses book; - Provide qualified trainers capable of leading training sessions; - Provide educational resources, logistics, etc.
