This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action issued in accordance with part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This is not a solicitation or invitation for offerors to submit bids.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), located at 320 First St. NW, Washington DC, anticipates issuance of request for quotation (RFQ) 15BPCC26Q00000020 for a single award firm-fixed price (FFP) definitive contract for electronic legal research to be utilized all Bureau of Prisons institutions throughout the United States.
The performance period will include a one-year base followed by one option period with an Option to Extend Services FAR 52.217-8.
